Day 5 The Jazz Biscuits

We recorded a song we performed in the past that I wrote called Roses which has a improv section we came up with togeather, it was really nice to explore and better understand the microphones on offer, it’s not very often you get unsupervised access to expensive microphones and this trust was really valuable beacuse it free’d me up to experimet ( and I don’t think I broke anything)

Day 6 The summary

I used Saturday to listen back to what I had recorded over the week, I had wanted to focus on connection and interaction and play with local people, unfortunately quite a few people were ill that week but in a way it was good as it gave me time to learn more about how to work in a studio and this learning pay’d off, the following week I re recorded a vocal in a studio and knew where to place the microphones etc.
